She cut her teeth managing HUD REOs, spent over a decade navigating the complexities of HOAs and condo associations, and has spent the last 15 years mastering private rental management—where she thrives most: protecting assets, growing portfolios, and turning properties into performance-driven investments. 

A licensed real estate broker since 2017, Ana launched Bluefin Property Management in 2018 with one goal—bring high-level, no bull management to both investors and tenants across the Space Coast. She’s built her business on trust, grit, and results. 

Ana also leads a tight-knit team of carefully selected professionals, each chosen for their work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to personalized service. Together, they deliver hands-on support and proactive management that feels boutique—but performs like a well-oiled machine. 

While residential management is her foundation, Ana has also begun expanding into commercial property management, bringing the same no-nonsense, results-driven approach. 

Her passion? Helping clients scale their rental portfolios, guiding first-time buyers through their home purchase, and working with investors to identify and acquire their next income-producing property. She’s equally driven to help tenants find a place they’re proud to call home. 

Whether it’s lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations, sales, or evictions, Ana brings strategy, precision, and relentless follow-through minus the drama.

With decades of customer service experience under his belt, Henry brings a calm, reliable presence to the Bluefin team. After retiring and relocating from South Florida to the Space Coast, he decided retirement wasn’t quite for him—and earned his real estate license to join forces with the company’s founder and contribute his expertise to the growing business. 

He now oversees his own portfolio with properties throughout Palm Bay and Melbourne, where he combines sharp attention to detail with the kind of communication skills only a seasoned professional can offer. Whether he's helping a tenant settle in or managing a maintenance issue for an out-of-state owner, his focus is always on professionalism, consistency, and care. 

A natural people person with a strong work ethic, Henry plays a key role in delivering the personalized, service that Bluefin Property Management is known for.

Hailey brings the perfect balance of warmth and tenacity to the Bluefin team. She may be sweet as pie, but she manages her portfolio with sharp instincts and unwavering focus. Based in central Brevard, she’s known for going above and beyond for both tenants and property owners—earning consistent praise for her responsiveness, professionalism, and care. 

A proud Space Coast native, Hailey is currently pursuing dual degrees in Mass Communications and Pre-Law at UCF, a testament to her drive, ambition, and passion for people. Her background in the real estate title industry adds an extra layer of precision to her work, especially when it comes to contracts and compliance. 

Hailey is a true team player and a fast learner who’s eager to succeed in the industry. She shows up every day ready to solve problems, support her clients, and make life easier for everyone she works with. Her commitment to service extends beyond real estate—she actively gives back through local volunteer work and community involvement.

Marizi is the engine that keeps our operations running smoothly at Bluefin. As our Property Management Coordinator, she oversees everything from tenant leads and application processing to work orders and daily tenant communication. Her ability to handle high volume with razor-sharp precision makes her an essential part of our team.

Her background in the real estate title industry brings a strong foundation in contracts, compliance, and administrative execution. She’s detail-obsessed, incredibly efficient, and has a work ethic that’s hard to match.

Though she currently works remotely, Marizi is preparing to relocate to the Space Coast soon. She just received her Florida real estate license and, once on the ground, she’ll be stepping into a larger role—ready to manage her own portfolio with the same excellence she brings to everything she touches.
